Battery & Power Issues (LinkRunner AT)

The battery life for the LinkRunner AT 2000 is roughly between 4 and 5 hours. The battery life for the LinkRunner AT 1000 will vary depending on the brand of batteries being used.
 
LINKRUNNER AT 2000
Battery Drains Fast/Doesn't Hold A Charge
1.  Make sure you allow the battery to fully charge (the red LED light will turn off). Leave it on the charger overnight.
2.  Make sure Manage Power is set to Auto-off. (Tools -> General Configuration)

Unit Does Not Power On
1.  Does the red LED light come on when the charger is plugged in? The LED will turn green when fully charged. If so, how long does it take?
2.  Leave the unit on the charger overnight. 
4.  Make sure when pressing the power button, you hold for a couple of seconds before you let go.
5.  If possible, try another battery and charger.
 
 
LINKRUNNER AT 1000

1.  Make sure you are using good batteries or rechargeable batteries. Here is our recommendation for batteries.

1.  Have you tried installing fresh batteries? Inspect the contacts and make sure they aren't corroded, bent, or missing.
2.  Make sure when pressing the power button, you hold for a couple of seconds before you let go.
