The OneTouch AT network assistant features many tests to facilitate troubleshooting of network services and applications. The OneTouch AT test results vary by test type. For the HTTP, ICMP, FTP and SMTP tests, the test results include the return code. The return code provides diagnostic information that is useful when troubleshooting problems. The return codes, also called reply codes, are defined in Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Request for Comments (RFC) documents. These documents are available online at http://www.ietf.org/rfc.html.
