Your network environment might require going through a proxy to access the Internet.* You also have the ability to white-list our URLs to help connect to the Cloud. A common symptom that you might see would be a red cloud icon on your LinkSprinter.
Don't know if you use a web proxy?
You can always check with your administrator or if they aren't available, check your Internet Properties on a Windows computer. Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings. Keep in mind that any configuration settings in Automatic configuration or Proxy server means your environment uses a web proxy or security software that could impact how your LinkSprinter communicates with Link-Live.
Proxy Settings
The LinkSprinter can be accessed via mobile UI to configure the proxy settings. Please see LinkSprinter Mobile UI if you don't know how to access it.
1. Access your LinkSprinter via Mobile UI.
2. Click Settings
3. Click Proxy, select On, and enter the information requested.
4. Click Apply and you're done.
