We use a system that sends both activation and notification (test result) emails. Occasionally, when a message is sent to an email address, the mail filtering server will quarantine the email because it identifies it as spam or invalid. It might never even hit your mailbox so it would appear to have not been sent. This could create some of the following symptoms:

1. Check your junk email folder to ensure messages aren't being delivered there.
