Restoring factory defaults removes all customized settings and pending uploads to Link-Live from the LinkSprinter.

First, you'll want to begin with powering off the LinkSprinter. You can power off the LinkSprinter by pressing and holding the power button for about 2 seconds. The lights will light up sequentially and it will eventually power itself off.

1.  With your LinkSprinter turned off, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
Your unit will proceed to turn on and the status LEDs proceed to illuminate GREEN, in sequence, up to the cloud LED.

2.  After the 30 seconds, all of the LEDs will begin to flash GREEN simultaneously. Release and press the power button within two secs of this. The unit will turn off for about 5 seconds. Then, all of the lights (including the blue wireless light for the 200 and 300 models) will flash once, and the unit will turn off again.

​3.  At this point, if all of the lights flashed as indicated, the unit will be returned to factory settings.
